Refund policy
All sales are final. We currently do not accept any returns. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of making the purchase and we will refund your purchase in its entirety. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at connect@shoptwohomes.com.
Damages and issues
We inspect each item prior to shipping and ensure durability in the packaging prior to shipping. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the shipping process. You may request an item to be labeled as "fragile" for the shipping process by contacting us at connect@shoptwohomes.com immediately after you place an order. If an item arrives damaged, you understand and accept that you need to process a claim and dispute with the shipping company, not Two Homes.
